Joseph began cooking at the age of 6 with his grandmother who often prepared the family meals directly from her vast vegetable garden. He spent his early years as a computer engineer for an international hospitality company working in the restaurant division. He benefited from culinary training in various international cities like London, New York, San Francisco, Yokohama, Athens, Nairobi and New Delhi. Today he prepares dishes typical of Bourgogne and other regions for his guests, friends and family. He enjoys the accompaniment of French wines with culinary delights. The cellar at Manoir Montdidier boasts an extensive wine selection.
